The Village Veterinary Hospital is a full-service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care for dogs and cats as well as avian, exotic and pocket pets. Our hospital was established in June, 1977 by Dr. Kerry L.  Brown and his wife Nickolette, LVT and hospital manager. Three major remodeling projects have allowed us to grow from a one veterinarian, two employee practice, to a seven veterinarian, 43 employee hospital.

We strive to keep our hospital facility up to date and our equipment state of the art. The staff of VVH attend continuing education on a regular basis, with our veterinarians required to complete a minimum of 24 hours of CE each year. 

We became an AAHA certified hospital in 1994, and currently meet the requirements for three year certification. It is with great pride that we remain dedicated to providing our clients and patients with the best medical, surgical and preventitive health care available. 

We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. Our facility includes a well-stocked pharmacy; an in-hospital surgery suite; in-house digital x-ray capabilities; a diagnostic area with ultrasound, endoscopy and ECG equipment; a fully equipped dental area, including dental radiography; and closely supervised hospitalization areas.

Our veterinary healthcare team strives to offer not only sound medical advice, but also optimal veterinary care, thus allowing you the enjoyment of your companion for a maximum number of years. Our job is not only to treat your pet when he or she isn't feeling well, but also to help you learn how to keep your best friend happy and healthy.
